Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
½ cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp rum extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

Add extracts to the milk and stir well.

Add baking powder to flour mix.

Alternate adding liquid and dry ingredients to the batter.

Stir in walnuts.

Pour batter into greased tube pan/ Bundt pan.

Bake at 325ºF for 55 - 60 minutes.
