2 1/4 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Crisco to replace 1 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, sometime a little more

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl

In a different bowl, beat crisco, sugars and vanilla till creamy
Add eggs one at a time
Slowly beat in flour mixture
Stir in chips

Preheat to 375
Here is one of the keys. When putting dough on un greased baking sheet. Stack them high, not wide. Like 2 to 3 inches high and narrow.

Cook at least 10 mins, sometimes takes longer depending on how big you make them.
