2 lb ground beef
1c crushed corn flakes
1/3 c parsley flakes
2 lg eggs
2 T soy sauce
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt
2 lg onions minced
1 lb can cranberry sauce

__sauce__

1 12oz bottle chili sauce
2 T brown sugar
2T lemon juice

preheat oven 350"

combine first 9 ingredients, mix well, form into small meatballs, place in 9 x 13 cake pan, make sauce cook slowly til smooth and bubbly, pour over meat balls. Bake 30 mins til sauce carmalizes over meatballs. let rest 10m to 15 mins . Place meatballs in hogie buns, sprinkle with mozz. shredded cheese on cookie. place under broiler for few mins, serve with coleslaw and tater salad.
