Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons yeast (I changed to instant yeast rather than the old way of reconstituting)
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup oil
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Cup powder milk
2 Eggs
1 Quart hot water
Flour (only enough to make the dough sticky. You don't want it too dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Let rise until double in size. Pinch off a golf ball size piece of dough and form into a smooth ball, then roll in melted butter. Let rise again until double in size or larger and place in hot oven 350 degrees, until they smell done. (Sorry, that is how I cook!) Just check them, I have never timed!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
(Note: I did not use an apostrophe in Grandmas! That is because this recipe came from all three generations of my grandmas, but I learned to make the recipe from MY grandma. There were three generations of mother/daughters that lived under the same roof helping to support one another. All three of these ancestors were young widows trying to help each other out. A grandmother, her daughter and her granddaughter (my grandma), ran a small eating café by the train depot in Pima, Arizona, after losing their spouses in tragic deaths. It was called Mrs. Craig’s Eating Establishment, (my great-great-grandma).
