Bag of Tortilla Chips
1 Can of Black Beans
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
1 Can of Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken
8 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Salsa
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread chips out in single layer on pan. Top with beans, onions, and chicken. Top with cheese. Place in oven until cheese is browned - around 12 -15 minutes. While nachos are cooking, combine sour cream with a few tablespoons of salsa (to taste). Add in chopped cilantro. Top nachos with sour cream mixture when done.
