2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 jar Cheez-Whiz
1 lb. cooked macaroni

Melt butter in large pan; add flour and whisk to make a paste; add milk and whisk to make a rue. Add Cheez-Whiz (or Velveeta, any kind of softer cheese). Whisk to melt and incorporate. Serve as dip or pour over cooked macaroni.
