Package of Raw Chicken Tenders
2 eggs (beaten)
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken really good (drain it).

Prepping station: Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and put flour in a flat bowl or plate.

Dip chicken in the egg and lay chicken in the flour, but sprinkle with salt before rolling in the flour.

Make sure oil is hot before adding chicken to the pan.

Cook on Medium heat until golden brown.

Remove from pan, and place on paper towels to soak up oil.
