1-20 OUNCE CAN PLUS ONE 8 OUNCE CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 CUP OF SUGAR
2 ENVELOPES KNOX GELATIN
1 PINT OF HEAVY, WHIPPING CREAM

Directions:
Directions:
DISSOLVE IN KNOX GELATIN IN 3/4 CUP OF COLD WATER. POUR PINEAPPLE AND SUGAR INTO A SMALL SAUCE PAN AND BRING TO A BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD GELATIN IN WATER. REFRIGERATE UNTIL SYRUPY.

WHIP WHIPPING CREAM TO SOFT PEAKS FOLD PINEAPPLE AND SUGAR INTO WHIPPED CREAM.

REFRIGERATE SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
