1 stick margarine
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup apple juice or milk
2 cups flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and brown sugar. Add egg and mix well. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Mix half of dry ingredients with the creamed mixture, fruits, and nuts and stir well. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and stir until blended. Bake at 400º until done and ice while warm.
