2 dozen lady fingers
1 pound +2 ounces mascarpone cheese
3 cups whipping cream
7 to 8 tablespoons rum or coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 bar chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in mixing bowl and beat together until fluffy.
2. Arrange 1 dozen of the lady fingers in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
3. Brush the lady fingers with rum or coffee. Place half the cream mixture over the lady fingers.
4. Grate chocolate bar on top of cream.
5. Place another layer of lady fingers on top and brush with rum or coffee, add the rest of the cream and grate more chocolate on top.
6. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
