½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork
1 ½ cups fresh bread, cubed (about 3 slices)
¼ cup chopped onion
2 eggs beaten
1 packet beef bullion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Reserve a small amount of the mixture for later.
3. In a separate bowl, combine beef, pork, cubed bread, onion, eggs and beef bullion.
4. Combine the ketchup mixture with the meat mixture. Place in meat loaf pan and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and pour reserved ketchup mixture on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
