2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
¼ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) (room temperature)
2 Cups Powdered Sugar (divided)
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Pecans (4 oz.) (chopped)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Put parchment paper on or butter 2 cookie sheets. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter, ½ cup powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in pecans.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place about 1 inch apart on prepared sheet. Bake about 25 minutes or until cookies are a pale golden brown. Rotate sheet ½ turn at halfway point of baking.

Let cookies cool on sheet for 5 minutes. Place remaining powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll warm cookies in sugar to coat. Set cookies on wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
