1 box chocolate cake mix

2 packages powdered sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter
Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecan

Bake cake according to package directions.

For the Icing:

Cream Butter, powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add milk
and vanilla. Spread on cupcakes and add chopped pecans.
