5 egg yolks
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon corn meal
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon extract
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Beat egg yolks. Add flour and
corn meal. Slowing add sugar, milk and butter. Add extract.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour.
