Sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sweet potatoes. You can either bake them or boil them in water on top of the stove. Once cooked, peel them and cut them into large chunks. Put the chunks into a baking dish.
While the potatoes are cooking, combine the brown sugar, butter, water and salt and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes on the top of the stove. Boil until this mixture is slightly thickened.
Pour the brown sugar mixture over the chunked sweet potatoes in the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes in a 350° oven basting occasionally.
