1 CUP CRANBERRY JUICE
ONE PACKAGE RASPBERRY JELL-O
ONE CAN OF WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 PINT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT JUICE TO BOILING AND REMOVE FROM BURNER. ADD JELL-O STIR THEN ADD CRANBERRY SAUCE. COOL AND SET IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO CHILL UNTIL THICKENED BUT NOT SET.

WHIP CREAM IN A BOWL AND STIR INTO THICKENED CRANBERRY MIXTURE. POUR INTO MOLD AND ALLOW TO SET OVERNIGHT IN REFRIGERATOR.

UNMOLD ONTO PLATE AND TUCK BIB OR BUTTER LETTUCE AROUND EDGES IF YOU WANT TO BE FANCY AND FILL CENTER WITH SEEDLESS GRAPES IF YOU USED A RING MOLD.
