2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Butter, softened
1/4 tsp Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
2 cups Rice Krispies
Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese and butter. Beat at medium speed. Add hot sauce and dry mustard. Gradually add flour. Stir in cereal. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased sheets and flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern. Place pecan half on top of each cookie. Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes. Cool. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
