1 lb. Ground Beef
1 small onion, chopped
A couple cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup Elbow Macaroni
1 - 2 stalks celery, chopped
1 - 2 small cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup canned corn (or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic in a large frying pan until done.

In a pan of boiling water, add 1 cup Elbow Macaroni and salt.
Add celery.
Cook until tender. Drain.

Assemble: Ground Beef mixture
Macaroni/Celery mixture

Add: 1 - 2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup canned corn

Cook until well blended.

This has always been our family favorite. I have taught both of my grandchildren how to make it. It was always a fun time making Grandma's Goulash.
