4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts cooked-shredded 1 box Uncle Ben's Long and Wild Rice-cooked 1/2 bag of raw spinach torn into bite sized pieces l large bottle of ranch dressing Mix all ingredients (I prefer that the rice and chicken be hot)
After you mix all of the ingredients, heat flour tortillas and fill with chicken mixture-roll like a burrito. We like to add some hot sauce too.
