2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt per egg
Flour, until stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients & add flour until dough is stiff. Knead dough then roll out. Let set for 20 min. until dry to the touch.

Roll dough into long tubes, cut into desired thickness. Tossel & spread out onto brown paper sacks to dry.

May be frozen until ready to cook.

Boil & add butter, salt & pepper.
