Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c milk with 1T lemon juice
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 c raisins
2 c flour
3/4 c walnuts or pecans
1 or 2 orange rind

Glaze
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except raisins, nuts and peels. Blend.
Grind raisins, nuts and orange rind in food grinder.
Add to batter.
Bake in Bundt pan for 325° 50 minutes.
Allow to cool 7 minutes
Turn still warm cake on platter. Spoon glaze over cake slowly.
