3 c. flour
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup very finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a large bowl mix and beat well the first four ingredients. Sift together the remaining ingredients exvcept the nuts. Add dry ingredients alternately with 2/3 c. water to pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool on racks before removing from pans.
