This recipe involves chilling upon completion, so plan accordingly.

Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. Reserve about 2 tbsp. of cookie crumbs. Add melted butter and blend until smooth. Then add sugar and 1½ cups of peanut butter. Blend until thick. Press into bottom of prepared pan.

Place 4 tbsp. of peanut butter and chips in a medium microwave safe bowl. Heat on 50% power in 30 second increments (stirring between each) until melted and smooth.

Spread evenly over Oreo crust. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cookie crumbs. Cover and chill in refrigerator until set (about 2 hours).

For clean cuts, let the cold pan sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes and heat your knife under hot water (drying afterwards). Use swift strokes when cutting and you'll avoid cracking the top too much.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
