Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For the cupcakes:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup water
½ cup oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
24 truffles of choice - we used almond butter and dulce la leche

For the frosting:

1 stick butter, softened
8 ounces Crisco shortening
4 cups confectioners sugar
¼ cup Easy Brown Butter Salted Caramel sauce* or caramel sauce of choice
½ cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare the cupcake mix using the ingredients listed other than the truffles. Place enough batter to cover the bottom of the cupcake liner - add a truffle in the middle of each cupcake and then cover with remaining batter. Bake for 17 to 19 minutes. Let cool completely

To make the frosting beat the butter, Crisco and caramel sauce together until well blended. Add half the cream and then slowly add the sugar, blending well. Add the rest of the cream and then beat on high until light and fluffy - if it is too stiff add more cream - too thin add more sugar. Place in a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes.
