4 bananas ( very ripe )
1 T. baking soda
1/2 C. shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1 C. sugar
2 C.flour
2 eggs ( beaten )
1/2 C. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs, them smashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients, mix in then add nuts. Beat well. Bake 15 minutes in 350 oven. Makes one loaf
