1 cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup shot

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add vanilla, sifted flour and baking soda, and oats. Mix thoroughly. Divide dough into 3 parts and roll into logs. Wrap in waxed paper and chill about 1/2 hour.

Slice 3/8 inch thick and top with some chocolate shot. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325º for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
