For the cookie:
1 cup crisco
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Icing:
3 Tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of whole milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Bake 350
10-12 minutes
Spoon out cookies on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake and let cool.
Prepare the icing and ice the cooled cookies!
