6 eggs separated
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
10 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
⅔ cup butter
10 slices pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. Separate eggs and beat the egg whites. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks, sugar, and pineapple juice.
3. Sift flour with baking powder and add to egg yolk mixture.
4. Fold in the beaten egg whites to the mixture.
5. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and pineapple slices.
6. Pour dough over pineapple and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins - 1 hour.
