1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a wisk, batter will be thin. Pour out large thin pancake in medium to hot frying pan. Edges will start to turn brown, flip for 10 seconds. Take out of pan. Best to do one at a time and keep warm in oven until ready to serve. Serve with cut up bananas, Rasberry Jelly, or syrup. Eat like a crepe.
