2 c. Coconut
⅔ c. Sweetenend Condensed Milk(Eagle Milk)
¼ tsp Salt

COOKIE
3 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
⅓ c. Cocoa
1 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
½ c. Mini Chocolate Chips

GLAZE
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Milk

FILLING
Combine: Coconut, Eagle Milk, and Salt.
Chill while mixing cookies

COOKIES
Combine: Flour, Soda, Salt and Cocoa. Set aside.
Cream: Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar.
Beat in: Egg and Vanilla.
Add and mix on low: Dry ingredients. Mix just until almost blended.
Add: Mini Chocolate Chips. Finish mixing by hand.
Roll out to approx. 1/6 inch thickness.
Cut out using round cutter(app. 2 inches)
Cut hole(approx. ½ inch) in center of half of cookies. These will be the top cookie.
Spoon: 1 heaping tsp Filling on bottom cookie. (The ones without the holes.)
Top with cookies with the holes.
Bake: 375º approx 9 minutes. Cool.
Drizzle Glaze over cooled cookies.

Makes 3 dozen cookies
