1/2 lb fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic, slice thin
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp Olive oil
Chopped fresh mint, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up green beans. Steam until cooked but not mushy!!. Put into refrigerator to cool. This is a cold green bean salad.
Chop garlic into small pieces. Chop 1 tbsp of fresh mint leaves. Put both into cold green beans and toss. Mix 3 tbsp red wine vinegar and 3 tbsp olive oil. Toss into salad.
Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate until cold and serve
