1 package Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
¾ c. butter, softened (1½ sticks)
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine bread mix and butter; mix well. Shape dough into 1" balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten balls to ¼" thickness with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
