1 Pound Lasagna Noodles
1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs Beaten
2 Tablespoons of Minced Parsley
1-1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Spaghetti Sauce
Cook Noodles in Boiling Water till Tender, Rinse in Cold Water
Mix Ricotta, Eggs, and Parsley
In a Lasagna Pan, Layer Sauce, then Noodle, Ricotta Mixture,
Mozzarella & Romano Cheese and Meat Mixture. Repeat until all
ingredients are used
Bake in Over 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
Meat Mixture
1 pound of Ground Chuck or Mild Italian Sausage
Salt & Pepper to Taste
3 Eggs
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
3 Slices of Bread / Soaked in Hot Water
3/4 Cup of Romano Cheese
Pin of Oregano
Place Bread & Meat in Bowl and mix well, then remain ingredients.
Fry in pan till Brown.
