2 sticks margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg or 1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 - 6 oz. package of chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips. Pat evenly in bottom of cookie sheet. Bake in 350º F. oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. When chips are soft, spread evenly over cookie dough. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
