1C butter
1/2 C sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2C flour plus 4T flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
2 C chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla
Mix in dry ingredients
Add chips

BAKE at 350 deg for 20 minutes
