2-3 lb. pork tenderloin, or other pork roast
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 can whole cranberries
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of a crockpot/slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and pour over the pork roast. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Let stand about 5 minutes before carving, and serve with cranberry sauce.
