Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is called Hospital Cookies because my sister worked in HR at a hospital in Pennsylvania. The hospital had a full-service kitchen, that served cafeteria-style, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and baked goods, three times a day, 365 days a year. Hospital staff, locals, and especially senior citizens would go there daily, for their meals, at very reasonable prices.
