1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup non sweet cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted butter
10 Tbsp evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, and butter. Add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, salt.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 min or until knife comes out clean
Center will look soft. Let cool serve with whip cream or ice cream
