GRAPE JELLY
• 4 Cups grape juice
• 4 Cups sugar
• 4 tsp. lemon juice

Bring all to a rolling boil do not stir. Reduce heat to medium and boil about 5 minutes per cup. Start testing when syrup begins to come to the top of the pan and bubbles become thicker. Do not over stir or jelly will become sugary. Test thickness on a saucer. Dip a spoon in the liquid then place a few drops on a saucer. Jelly is done when it does not run.

FRESH BERRY JELLY
• 4 Cups fresh berries
• 4 Cups sugar
• 4 tsp. lemon juice
