4 Beets
1 lg cabbage
1 lg can tomatoes and juice
salt and pepper

1 tsp vinegar
carrots
onion
4-5 potatoes chopped to bite size
tomato soup
ck broth
1 tbsp ck boullion
1 1/2 cup cream
dill

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot of water bring 4-6 beets to a boil

In a frying pan with margarine add the shredded cabbage, can of tomatoes and juice and the salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer

Once beets are cooked take out and chop to desired size or grated. Add back to pot and add vinegar, carrot, onion, and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer until veggies are cooked.

Add in tomato soup, ck broth, 1 TBSP of ck boullion, cream and dill.

Cook to taste of choice.

Serve or freeze
