⅓ cup chopped hazelnuts
2 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1¼ cup butter (2½ sticks)
½ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend nuts until fine.
Cream butter & sugar
Mix nuts, flour, cornstarch
Slowly add flour mixture to butter & sugar
On lightly floured surface knead dough until smooth.
Divide into 6 pieces
On cookie sheet gently roll into 6" circle
With dull knife score into 8 wedges
Bake 30 min or until shortbread is lightly browned
Cool on wire rack.
Store in frig up to 1 week.
