3 cups flour
1 cup lard
2 teaspoon salt
5-8 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything all together.
Roll out and place in prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes for unfilled pie.
Bake for 20-25 minutes for a filled pie.
Protect the crust by covering it with foil so it doesn't burn.
Check the pie often just until cooked but not burnt.
