1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. fresh blackberries
1 c. white chocolate chips
3 tbs. whipping cream
1 c. butter, softened
2 tbs. blackberry puree
3-4 c. powdered sugar
fresh blackberries, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350.

Sift the cake mix into a small bowl.

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract.

Add the cake mix to the mixture and stir to combine. If the blackberries are large, cut in half. Fold in to batter.

Bake 20-30 minutes.

White Chocolate Ganache:
Place the chocolate chips in a small bow. Heat the cream until bubbles start to form around the edges, then pour over chips. Stir until smooth. Spoon ganache over top of cake. Let harden until firm.

Blackberry Buttercream:
Beat butter until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar gradually. Scrape the bowl, add the blackberry puree and beat until combined.

Blackberry Puree:
Put blackberries in food processor until smooth. Put the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
