"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
This recipe for Happy Loca, by Della Winter Rone, is from Winter Family Recipes,

One day when Meghan was about three years old, she asked me to make her some Happy Loca. Wow! What’s that? After some questions, I figured out she was asking for Tapioca. Thought about adding that recipe but it’s on all the tapioca boxes. We like the “Fluffy Tapioca” best!
