1 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 can diced tomato
1/2 cup pesto
3 cans red kidney beans undrained
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 small zucchini, cut in cubes
4 stalks celery, chopped
3 small carrots diced
4 tbsp butter
1 small can tomato sauce
5 cups of water
1 1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup cooked elbow macaroni
parmesan cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute hamburger with onion and garlic

Place undrained beans in a large pot- mash about 2/3 of the beans and leave the rest whole

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour

Add cooked macaroni and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes longer

Serve with Rustica Bread--yum yum yum
