1 large box raspberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can WHOLE cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, divided
Topping:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons whipping cream

Directions:

1. Lightly spray 9-inch square glass pan.
2. In a medium glass bowl, mix the Jello with 1 cup boiling water together and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved Stir in the cold water, pineapple, cranberry sauce, and 1/4 cup nuts.
3. Stir well and pour into prepared pan, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
Topping:
1. Blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping cream until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the Jello and sprinkle top with remaining nuts.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is one of my favorite Jello salads but not all my family agrees. Nuts can be eliminated if desired. Very festive looking!
