1 1/2 c warm Egg Whites
1/4 tsp salt
Beat until frothy

1 1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
Beat until stiff.

Add 1 c sugar, a little at a time.
Beat for 1 minute.

Add 1tsp Vanilla.

Fold in 3/4 c Sugar, stated or mixed with 1 1/4 c Cake Flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Remove from oven and turn upside down immediately.
After 1 hour, remove from pan.
