3/4 C peanut butter
1/2 C Crisco
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 Tbs milk
1 Tbs vanilla
1 3/4 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

In small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla on medium speed until well-blended. Add egg. Add flour mixture and combine until just blended.

Roll dough into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake 7-8 minutes or until set and beginning to brown. Immediately place peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Let cool on wire rack
