1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c chopped onion
2 - 6 oz cans V-8 juice
1 c. water
2 t. chili powder
1 t. red pepper
1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. In the meantime prepare 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup chopped onions.
Starting with 24 corn tortillas, dip each in hot oil until soft. Drain on paper towel. Spread 2 T. meat sauce on each tortella. Sprinkle with cheese and onion. Roll up and place in shallow baking dish, seam side down. Sprinkle tops with cheese left over and meat sauce left over.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
