6 chicken breasts - boiled to tenderness 2 cans Mushroom soup 2 c. sour cream 1 c. onion 1 - 4 oz can green chilies, chopped 1 T. butter 1/2 lb. Monterry Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cook chicken and set aside. Mix soup and sour cream and set aside. Saute onions and chilies in butter and add soup mixture. In 9x13 baking dish, add chicken, cheese and soup mixture. Bake 1 hour 300 degree oven, covered. Serve in tortillas or layer tortillas and chicken as hot dish.
